Board of Directors

Black Brains has a plausible Board of Directors consisting 7 professional minds. The Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, Director of Administration, Director of Human Resources and Director of Branding and Promotion and two sub-wing jointly supervise the activities of the organization. The powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Directors are well distributed and they conduct their duties with full expertise. The directors have successfully organized each edition Corporate Simulation Program (CSP).
They are the core foundation of Black Brains.

S. M. Abdullah Al Mustainn, initially took the step to gather some pragmatic brains and found the Black Brains on 1 March, 2017. He is the Managing Director of Black Brains. And it is he, who has initiated and brought the Corporate Simulation Program (CSP) for the welfare of the undergraduate students of Bangladesh. Currently he is pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree (BBA) from Department of Management Studies from University of Rajshahi.

Syed Muntasir Ul Hamid, one of the Co-Founders of Black Brains is our most valuable human resource in the company. His contributions to Black Brains are beyond description. He is pursuing his Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in Management Studies from University of Rajshahi. We are greatly honored and blessed to have Syed Muntasir Ul Hamid, the Deputy Managing Director of Black Brains guiding us towards a better future.

Ashikur Rahman, a hardworking and determined fellow. He is pursuing his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management studies at University of Rajshahi. He joined Black Brains as a Virtual Intern of the Corporate Simulation Program – 1^stEdition. Due to his devotion to duty, now he is an Director & Chief of Operations Management at Black Brains.

Samia Akbar, who is pursuing her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management Studies at University of Rajshahi. She joined Black Brains as a Virtual Intern of the Corporate Simulation Program – 2^nd Edition. After that she became Officer of Branding and Promotion. Due to hard work, she gradually became Officer in Charge of Human Resources. She also worked as an Executive Officer and then, as a Senior Executive Officer of Media & Publication Department at Black Brains. Then, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Operations Management. Now, she is promoted to Director of Human Resources and working here sincerely.

Waliul Islam Sayor, a person of real high caliber. He is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree; BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology. He joined as a Co-Ordinator of Administration and Documentation at Black Brains. And now he is the Director at Black Brains.

Robin Fahad Khan, one of our most precious manpower in the company. He is studying BBA, Department of Management Studies in the University of Rajshahi. He joined Black Brains as a Co-Ordinator of Administration and Documentation. And currently he is the Director at Black Brains.
