Light House is a series of Facebook Live sessions where extremely experienced and successful persons of the corporate sector discuss a selected topic, answer some highly asked questions by the youth, and share their experiences. Participants get a chance to interact with corporate personalities and learn about the corporate world, its etiquettes, behavior, and overall environment and get the answers, which they could not find anywhere else. 

For career guidelines, most of the time our youth have to go to a course or a big event. The cost of which is often not possible for everyone. In this case, Lighthouse offers this facility for free. The gap between the career counseling benefits of urban and rural students can bridge. 

Black Brains always believed in making change and Lighthouse is another program to make the change. By Lighthouse youth can learn about the corporate culture from the bests of the sector. To remove their confusion of joining the corporate sector Lighthouse can be a great way.

Our inspiration behind starting this project was to make career guidelines more available to our students from any background and eliminate all career-related confusion.

Already we have conducted five episodes of light house with a huge response. We are working on making more episodes like these.
